Project Management

An effective project manager is crucial to delivering an AV system successfully. NBS Audiovisual Solutions is uniquely qualified, being a division of NBS, who has successfully executed large-scale and multi-layered projects. We provide a range of documentation and support to trades such as system flow specifications, electrical requirement documentation, cable pull plans, mechanical drawings and more. Your NBS AV Project Manager will review infrastructure drawings and work with all involved to adhere to the schedule and ensure a successful installation.

Integration of Architecture, Furniture and Audiovisual

Understanding the design, construction and specifications for interior walls, furniture, architectural features and technology is crucial to coordinating where and how these components intersect properly. Service and Support

To ensure your continued satisfaction after an installation, our AV Service Desk and range of service plans are here to help when you need us. NBS AV Solutions operates a dedicated Help Desk from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST weekdays. The AV Help Desk logs questions, provides remote diagnostics, troubleshoots problems and when necessary will schedule a technician for an on-site service call. Our online service management system sends email notification of the status of a call to keep you up to date. We also offer training services for AV support staff and end-users. Creating a great client experience after the installation is a key part of our approach as we look to build long-term partnerships with the organizations we work with.
