Our approach simplifies the process for our clients by assigning a project manager, a single point of contact, who will coordinate the entire move by organizing tasks and interfacing with suppliers, vendors and other stakeholders.

    Information is gathered to evaluate the scope and issues, establish goals, employee requirements, budgets, schedules, etc.
  • Phase 2: Development
    Information gathered during the first phase is developed into a tactical plan with real-time status reporting so all team members are aware of the progress of site preparation and other aspects.
  • Phase 3: Supervision
    On-site project supervisors at current and future locations ensure a strict protocol is followed throughout the process to ensure an efficient, organized move.

Our move-in day procedures help ease the transition for employees into their new environment. We’ll customize these procedures to meet your needs but can include practical tools such as temporary way-finding signage and maps, as well as handouts so employees quickly grasp the features and benefits of their new furniture.

Asset Management and Storage

Furniture can be a significant investment. NBS can assist in maximizing this investment in a number of ways, from simple warehouse storage to bar-code tracking so individual pieces can be put into or taken out of storage as you reconfigure a workspace. Rose Moving and Storage, our partner in this service operates a 200,000 square foot, secure, climate-controlled facility for the safe storage of your unused furniture and equipment. In addition to storage, cleaning and restoration services are available so that when it’s needed, your furniture can be returned to service in renewed shape. We’ll organize your office assets, ensure they’re stored and maintained in top condition and return them to you safely when the need arises.
