Technology now sits at the center of how we collaborate, learn, and build community, yet human connection remains the true driver of engagement. Our conversation with author and thought leader Dr. Tracy Brower explored how digital tools, including AI, can strengthen relationships rather than replace them.

From workplaces to campuses to healthcare environments, we looked at how physical space plays a critical role in fostering belonging and supporting seamless hybrid interaction. We also dove into what Gen Z expects—from intuitive technology to flexible environments and a deeper focus on mental wellbeing—and what it takes to create spaces that attract, retain, and empower the next generation.
