**CEU, Design for Change: Sustainable behaviors in the built environment**

_With all the changes happening in the workplace, education, and healthcare design, how might we build resilient spaces that are sustainable, designed to support evolving workplace behaviors, and adaptable to future changes while supporting stakeholder needs? Prefabricated Interior construction can help._

_During this CEU, we dove into the challenges we see broadly across the industry and explored the value of prefabricated interior construction and what prevents more wide adoption of this sustainable method of interior construction._

_This method of interior construction has many benefits for all stakeholders but supports health safety & welfare through jobsite safety due to less trades on jobsite, manufacturing offsite, so no VOC’s or other construction material hazards on site, less waste, and finally enables healthy spaces in both design, materiality and how the process in which they are constructed. _
