NBS Construction Solutions offers a wide range of maintenance and repair services. This is particularly relevant for the spaces we helped to construct because we have a thorough understanding of a building’s substructure, architectural features and general condition.

For improved planning and budgeting, we can help evaluate a building’s condition and make recommendations regarding the building’s envelope, windows, floors, interior walls, doors and other architectural features.

We service or make repairs to millwork, fixtures, interior walls, doors and other architectural elements such as operable walls and accordion doors. Some exterior services are available such as painting, power washing and sandblasting, roof repair and parking lot maintenance.
