Like many organizations, Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) found itself at a cultural crossroads in the wake of the pandemic. With the rise of hybrid and remote work, the organization recognized the need to not only bring employees back to the office, but to reimagine what the workplace could be. As a long-time trusted partner, NBS began by listening. Throughout the building, thoughtfully designed neighborhoods offer a mix of open and quiet spaces, mobile furniture, and wellness-driven elements like natural light, greenery, height adjustable desks, and ergonomic seating.
