    Clients that have been given a tax exempt status by the state must submit this form to our Accounting department.

  • Terms and Conditions of Sale

    All clients must have a signed copy of our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale on file. This outlines a variety of order requirements including but not limited to, Payment Terms, Changes and Cancellations, Delays, Additional Fees and Transfer of Ownership.
