The new headquarters blends hospitality-inspired amenities with modern workplace strategies. The first floor invites connection with a community hub featuring co-working areas, a coffee bar, flexible event spaces, and wellness offerings like fitness and training rooms. Throughout the building, thoughtfully designed neighborhoods offer a mix of open and quiet spaces, mobile furniture, and wellness-driven elements like natural light, greenery, height adjustable desks, and ergonomic seating.
Technology integration plays a central role in driving collaboration and keeping teams connected across MSUFCU. With tools like Logitech conferencing systems, Planar video walls, and T1V ThinkHub collaboration software, employees experience intuitive, consistent tech whether they’re meeting in a huddle room or hosting a community event.
