Our Performance

How are we doing? That’s a question we often ask our clients and ourselves. Our primary focus is always on enhancing the client experience by seeking feedback and incorporating it into our processes. One way we do this is through an online survey that is created through a software called Qualtrics. This survey allows clients to rank their satisfaction with our solutions, products and services. After Qualtrics collects and compiles this data, we share the results with our entire NBS team so that everyone knows where we stand, allowing us to make adjustments and improvements to deliver the highest level of service.

Only Three Dealers in North America Honored Eleven Consecutive Years

Each year, Steelcase designates a select group of dealers throughout the US and Canada as Premier Partners, the top level of dealer in the Steelcase network.
