When Petrucci Homes relocated from their previous office into a new space, they saw an opportunity to align their workplace with the caliber of homes they create. The team approached the project with intention, designing a refined, high-performing environment that highlights their craftsmanship and leaves a lasting impression on their clients.
While Petrucci Homes led the design of the front-of-house showroom to display their own capabilities, they partnered with NBS to bring their back office to life. What began as a need for new furniture evolved into a comprehensive, integrated solution. By leveraging NBS as a single point of contact across furnishings, flooring, and architectural walls, the project became a seamless collaboration that streamlined decision making and elevated the final result.
The new space balances performance and aesthetics, aligning with the client’s high standards for both form and function. The layout is designed for flexibility and efficiency. Private offices, including an executive suite, are outfitted with height-adjustable desks and ergonomic seating to promote wellness and productivity, as well as guest seating for quick touchpoints. Steelcase Lite Scale Glazing glass fronts enclose the office spaces in a sleek, modern way, while promoting both transparency and privacy. The conference room is a true standout, with beautiful furnishings and accessories that create a polished setting for client and team meetings.
NBS even thoughtfully utilized the most constrained areas, transforming a narrow hallway into a functional touchdown zone with three additional workstations, supporting hybrid work without sacrificing flow or aesthetics.
This same level of detail extended to the flooring strategy, unifying the entire space. NBS installed carpet throughout the office, ensuring a smooth transition from the existing raised hard flooring to the new soft surfaces to create a cohesive, durable finish.
