NBS has been voted a Crain’s Detroit Business 2017 Cool Place To Work!

What makes a business cool? Is it the work perks, benefits, the office environment? We asked our Michigan-based team members to participate in Crain’s Detroit Cool Places to Work survey earlier this spring, which asked a variety of questions about our benefits, culture and workplace.  A third-party firm assessed the ratings and comments, compared against all applicants, and then determined the top 100, Crain’s largest list to date since starting the designation 5 years ago. We are proud to share that based on our team member’s rankings and comments, NBS placed overall No. 17 out of 100 and for companies our size, we placed No. 10 out of 48! A variety of businesses, large and small, across industries are among the cool places to work.
